Do you know what is yours?
It seems that is difficult to define just one.
It seems even, that many times the biggest regret is caused by others...
I used to say that regret is the most terrible of the feelings...but in the same way, is the one that makes you act!
The best thing of regretting is getting better, is avoid to feeling it again, is to compensate.... So regret should not be an excuse to stop, but an excuse to move forward!

Finally 2 films that I was looking forward to see.
The appreciation depends on the each one's taste. But to me they brought nice feelings, emotions and thougths...
On the first case Pina was a good "meeting again" there was no novelty, just a nice revisiting of feelings met in Lisbon some time ago when i "saw" her for the first time.
Babies, was to good way of showing that inspite of our big differences, we are all mums(dads) and sons...

un señor se enferma y de golpe un miércoles recae
un lápiz en la mesa recae seguido
las mujeres, cómo recaen
teóricamente a nada o a nadie se le ocurriría recaer
pero lo mismo está sujeto
sobre todo porque recae sin conciencia
recae como si nunca antes
un jazmín para dar un ejemplo perfumado
a esa blancura
¿de dónde le viene su penosa amistad con el amarillo?
el mero permanecer ya es recaída
es jazmín entonces
y no hablemos de las palabras
esas recayentes deplorables
y de los buñuelos fríos que son la recaída clavada
contra lo que pasa, se impone pacientemente la rehabilitación
en lo más recaído hay algo que siempre pugna por rehabilitarse
en el hongo pisoteado, en el reloj sin cuerda
en los poemas de Pérez, en Pérez
todo recayente tiene ya en sí un rehabilitante
pero el problema, para nosotros lo que pensamos nuestra vida
es confuso y casi infinito
un caracol segrega y una nube aspira
seguramente recaerán
pero una compensación ajena a ellos los rehabilita
los hace treparse poco a poco a lo mejor de si mismos
antes de la recaída inevitable
pero nosotros tía ¿cómo haremos?
¿cómo nos daremos cuenta de que hemos recaído
si por la mañana estamos tan bien
tan café con leche
y no podemos medir hasta donde hemos recaído en el sueño
o en la ducha
y si sospechamos lo recadente de nuestro estado
¿cómo nos rehabilitaremos?
hay quienes recaen al llegar a la cima de una montaña
al terminar su obra maestra
al afeitarse sin un solo tajito
no toda recaída va de arriba abajo
porque arriba y abajo no quieren decir gran cosa
cuando ya no se sabe donde se está
probablemente Icaro creía tocar el cielo
cuando se hundió en el mar …. y
dios te libre de una zambullida tan mal preparada
tía ¿cómo nos rehabilitaremos?
hay quien ha sostenido que la rehabilitación
sólo es posible alterándose
pero olvidó que toda recaída es una desalteración
una vuelta al barro de la culpa
perfecto!
somos lo más que somos porque nos alteramos
salimos del barro en busca de la felicidad
y la conciencia y los pies limpios
un recayente es entonces un desalterante
de donde se sigue que
nadie se rehabilita sin alterarse
pretender la rehabilitación alterandose es una triste redundancia
nuestra condición es la recaída y la desalteración
y a mi me parece que un recayente debería rehabilitarse de otra manera
que por lo demás ignoro
No solamente ignoro eso
sino que jamás he sabido en qué momento
mi tía o yo recaemos
¿cómo rehabilitarnos entonces si a lo mejor no hemos recaído todavía?
y la rehabilitación nos encuentra ya rehabilitados
Tía, no será esa la respuesta ahora que lo pienso...
Hagamos una cosa:
Usted se rehabilita y yo la observo
varios días seguidos
digamos, una rehabilitación continua
usted está todo el tiempo rehabilitándose y yo la observo
o al revés si prefiere
pero a mí me gustaría que empezara usted
porque soy modesto y buen observador
de esa manera si yo recaigo en los intervalos de mi rehabilitación
mientras usted no le da tiempo a la recaída
y se rehabilita como en un cine continuado
al cabo poco nuestra diferencia será enorme
Usted estará tan por encima que dará gusto
entonces yo sabré que el sistema ha funcionado
y empezaré a rehabilitarme furiosamente
pondré el despertador a las tres de la mañana
suspenderé mi vida conyugal
y las demás recaídas que conozco
para que, sólo queden las que no conozco
y a lo mejor poco a poco un día estaremos otra vez juntos tía
y será tan hermoso decir...
ahora nos vamos al centro y nos compramos un helado

Message from an engineer working in Tripoli

Dear Sara
Your sympathy is utterly appreciated. I should take the chance and write few words before they stop the internet service once again ( no internet since almost 5 days) you won't believe what's really going on, it's a real tragic, not even in the most worst scenario of Hollywood scary movies. what is in the press is in not enough ( less than 50% of the truth).... no communication services , the town is almost totally closed. Actually the innocent people have to fight for their lives and for the protection of their families the thirdly to get the change done (all started with peaceful demonstration).
I'm afraid that worst is not yet happened (God Forbid), you can imagine, heavy weapons in the heart of Tripoli ready to be used by the maniac and his loyal corrupted guardians any moment , and now the final battle should be happen in tripoli very much soon, I'm pretty sure that he won't give up and he's a wounded beast now, so it's really expected that he may destroy every thing even with the nuclear (if he could) so nothing will be left after him...
actually, he said that he didn't use the force yet!!
My family is fine so far (anxious as all the others) no relative is injured or died as far as i concerned ( no communication as i mentioned) , I hope that the world will take actions so no fighter planes can take off and bomb the cities and citizens.
Actions started since 13th of February, but the world unfortunately started paying attention just yesterday after his malicious speech, no press media at all, people are trying to do the best they can to stay connected to Aljazeera channel, other wise no one will know any thing. Ironically it's like that you find your self in a cage with fierce animals )
The security council should take actions not only words, people inside has no weapon so how can you imagine that they defend or fight against the mercenaries, we use stones and whatsoever and we go out side at night to get the benefit of the dark but .... against heavy and light weapons it's like you're committing suicide... people had to do this to keep the battle in other field away of their families and houses.
the problem with the leaders of the western word is that they care only about money and business, they have a strong relations with him and he is a tycoon and president of a wealthy country... probably calculations are being made, what a shame.
your people should really do us a favour and protest out side in front of the american embassy and the italian parliament... Europe unfortunately is doing almost nothing, may be because of his tight control over communications so they know almost nothing. Plz do something tangible.
Let me add one last frightful news ...i've just heard that bunch of his gang get into the morgue of Tripoli's hospital by force and took the dead bodies some where to hide them, they killed all had who tried to stop them .... you see now that it's even worse than what you have been told! I've to go now, hope to ....

da Caravaggio! .....the impossible exhibition
And there it was! In few hours I passed from an ignorant heard about Caravaggio to a truth appreciator!
The reproductions were fantastic, allowing something impossible in the original paintings "the approaching" as my "guide" realized!
The environment very well conquered letting the paintings having their impact and realism. The actors were very good on recreating the painter and explain so many details.
But the best, was my professional personal guide!
